Information About Toa Payoh Centre

Creative learning spaces crafted by educational experts

Located just minutes by foot away from Toa Payoh MRT and the HDB Hub, Mulberry Learning @ Toa Payoh offers a convenient entry point into a realm of playful discovery and fun learning.

Quality programs abound for infants, toddlers and older kids. Infants sleep and play in a partitioned area to minimise disturbances from older children. A large viewing window offers a “peek-a-boo” opportunity for the toddlers to check out what the older children are doing under the watchful eyes of the infant-care teachers. Dedicated play activities, specially curated for toddler age groups hone the development of children in cognitive thinking, language development, music appreciation and movement in the foundation years.

Luxurious indoor area for young children

Within the same compound, the main activity hall is virtually column free and decked out with multiple activity learning stations. Children get to learn about nature, discover about science or have fun with mathematical concepts. Children learn in new and exciting ways, ranging from role play to “cooking” up a storm, learning about dining etiquette, to indulging in the fun adventures of a book from our extensive library.

Parent Reviews
  • Cheng Heng Tin, parent of Phoebe Cheng (N2), Mulberry Learning @ Toa Payoh

“Teacher Zhang is very patient and caring; she made my girl’s transition to this new environment much easier and also gave us the assurance that our girl is being well taken care of. Thank you!”
  • Siti Nurzaifah, parent of Freya Bte Muhammad Fauzi (Infant), Mulberry Learning @ Toa Payoh

“We wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all teachers for making Freya’s first school experience enjoyable for us. I would like to commend Teacher Salbiah and Teacher Eunice’s commitment and passion for caring for the kids. The affection and personal attention Freya received allowed her to fully enjoy the whole experience of school with a positive attitude. It is hard for any parent to trust another to treat their child with sensitivity and care but the teachers made it easy for us as parents to send him to school without worry. I would also like to thank teacher Salbiah for going the extra mile to update us on Freya’s wellbeing even her non-working hours.”
  • Weng Yu-Wei, parent of Wei Rui-Fu (Infant), Mulberry Learning @ Toa Payoh

“Principal Giam is very responsive, responsible and warm. She made me feel that it’s safe to send my baby to Mulberry when I’m at work. Teacher Lee is warm and kind to my baby and us. She helped what I have asked her to and shared my baby’s school life with me.”
