Mulberry Learning @ Fusionopolis is our first Chinese-immersion preschool centre in Singapore and it is setup to nurture a love for learning Chinese in children from 18 months to 6 years old in the playgroup, nursery and kindergarten levels.

Our unique Chinese-immersion programmes focus more on Mandarin especially in the early years, while also ensuring they are well equipped to excel in Primary School by the time children graduate.

    The Chinese language is integrated in most of the lessons and modules for all levels. To build a strong foundation in Chinese, a strong emphasis of 80% of the programmes are delivered in Chinese for student in the formative early years. Thereafter, a gradual increase in the use of English as the child reaches the Kindergarten years, thereby effectively nurturing bilingual children primed for success in Primary School and beyond.

    Mulberry Learning’s Habits of Mindℱ Framework

    Habits of Mindℱ is about knowing how to behave intelligently and respond effectively to uncertainty or dilemmas. It provides children of all ages a framework for autonomous learning, critical thinking and effective inquiry. These habits are introduced to the child by infusing it into the curriculum and delivered through daily lessons and activities.

    Mulberry Learning is the first and only preschool in Singapore to be certified by The Institute for Habits of Mind.

    Being the only preschool in Singapore to infuse the Habits of Mindℱ framework into its curriculum, Mulberry Learning is also the first to provide an assessment platform called “The Habits of Mind Assessment Tool (THOMAS)” to measure and analyze the development of these habits in the child. With THOMAS, educators and parents will have access to a report that provides greater insight into the growth of these intelligent habits in the child.

    As one of the 12 specially curated Habits of Mindℱ infused into Mulberry Learning’s curriculum, Creating, Imagining & Innovating means being able to generate new and novel ideas by being creative, imaginative and inventive.

    The Habits of Mindℱ framework is incorporated into the Ministry of Education’s Gifted Education Programme.
