Valid only from 1st Dec to 30th Dec 2017
- To participate, you must be at least 16 years of age and residing in Singapore.
- Mulberry Learning employees / Global EduHub employees are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes only spouse, parents, and children.
- Only for full-day programs
- Parent must pay Deposit, Registration Fee & First Month’s School Fee. (If sufficient notice is given to withdraw thereafter, the Deposit & First Month’s School Fee will be refundable, but not the Registration Fee.
- Parent must sign up for GIRO as payment mode for monthly fees. Prior to GIRO approval, payment can be by other cashless modes, e.g. NETS, Credit Card, etc.
- Applicable on top of ongoing promotion, including Enhanced Parents’ Referral Programme.
- Parents may select up to 2 gifts per registered child during campaign period from 1st to 30th Dec 2017 from selected participating Mulberry Learning Centres.
- Selected gifts are not refundable for cash, nor exchangeable. In the event, if the selected gifts are not available, Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub reserves the right to replace the gift with another of similar value.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the respective brands listed as gifts.
Parents must complete e-form submission on the actual date of registration together with official receipt reference. Incomplete entries or entries not submitted electronically will be voided.
- Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub reserves the right to verify the validity of all submissions (including receipt authentication, personal details, etc) and to disqualify any eligible participation where Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub believes that the participating process has been tampered with, or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected claims or correspondences due to incorrect entrants information.
- Mulberry learning / Global EduHub Marketing Department will contact all participating entrants with complete supporting documents within 3 weeks with regards to redemption on the entrants’ shortlisted gifts.
- All prizes unclaimed by entrant upon notice in writing by post, digital or other communications within 30 days will be forfeited.
- Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub will not replace any lost or stole prizes, or take responsibility for any invalid products after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of Mulberry Learning / Global EduHub to insure any products.
