I confirm that I have been authorized by the other person(s) to submit such information on their behalf for the purposes of participating in this Programme. I agree to indemnify Global EduHub Pte Ltd & affiliates in respect of any penalties, liabilities, claims, demands, losses and damages which may result from my actions.

        I confirm that I have read and agree with the Privacy Policy of Global EduHub Pte Ltd & affiliates on the relevant websites, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. I give consent to Global EduHub Pte Ltd & affiliates to contact me pertaining to the above-mentioned matter.     *Terms and Conditions:

    • The Community Referral Programme is valid from 15 May 2022 to 31 December 2022 (the “Period”).
    • The New Parent shall not be the spouse of the Referrer nor the parent of the new child enrolling at the centre.
    • Each New Parent can only be referred once by a Referrer through the completion of this online form. Any failure to complete the online form shall result in the Referrer being ineligible to receive any rewards under the Programme.
    • The Community Referral Programme is only applicable for Mulberry Learning @ Dover, which is located at 1010 Dover Road #01-02, #02-14, #02-15, Singapore 139658 and is not valid for other Mulberry Learning locations.
    • The New Parent should not be a previous Mulberry Learning parent who has withdrawn in the most recent 6 months period from any Mulberry Learning location.
    • The $50 shopping voucher is for the Referrer only and there is no limit to the number of New Parents the Referrer can refer.
    • The Shopping Voucher shall not be convertible to cash, nor transferable.
    • The referral is deemed successful when the following conditions are fulfilled:
    • New Parent completes the enrolment procedure at Mulberry Learning @ Dover by filling out the required registration forms and completing payment of the registration fee (where applicable) and deposit within 60 days after the Community Referral form is submitted by the Referrer to Mulberry Learning.
    • The Referrer needs to submit both the Referrer and New Parent information on the Community Referral online form at https://mulberrylearning.com/community-referral
    • Every New Parent can only be referred once and by one Referrer only.
    • The Referrer shall not eligible to receive the $50 Shopping Voucher if the conditions for a successful referral for the New Parent are not met within 60 days after the Community Referral form is submitted.
    • This Community Referral Programme is organised by Global EduHub Pte Ltd. Global EduHub Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or change any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of Global EduHub Pte Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
