The most salient benefit of S.T.E.A.M is how it prepares children for the future world of work. While many people gripe that the rise in modern technology has eradicated many traditional jobs, that idea isn’t exactly accurate. In fact, technology has altered the needs of the workforce rather than eliminating them. The traditional occupations still exist, but employers want employees who can think and act critically and creatively.

S.T.E.A.M however, encourages children to think about the box and come up with solutions to problems more naturally to them, which will in turn lead to creating independent and confident individuals!
