Mulberry Australia have been actively raising funds for their student, Alexander Rogerson, also affectionately known as Xander or Panda who was born with Microtia and Atresia affecting his left ear. He has also been diagnosed with high-functioning autistic spectrum disorder caused by his lack of hearing ability, affecting his language skills.Mulberry Australia’s mission is to raise $100,000 by year 2015 for Alexander to undergo a reconstructive surgery in the United States of America. They have been going the extra mile to support their student to attain the chance of hearing and, a better and positive future by organizing activities such as Dinner and Dance, Panda’s Night In where they held a barbeque session and, Movie Night to raise funds.
Panda’s Ear has been touching the hearts of many people and has even reached the attention of the media in Australia. Mulberry Australia and Megan, Alexander’s teacher have been such a great help to Alexander and his family for providing tremendous support and being such dedicated educators by being so involved in changing their student’s life for the better.
